Meet Sammy

I’m Sammy, Mom of two, CEO of Groova Juice, and Alignment Guide. 

I spent 3 decades and endless resources living out other people's projections of my purpose, including 7 years becoming a Chartered Professional Accountant and working at Deloitte. Behind the titles, my soul felt hidden—buried under spreadsheets and business plans. I sensed there was more purpose waiting to be uncovered, yet felt lost as to what that could be.

Already a decade into my spiritual journey, discovering Human Design finally led me to my true Zone of Genius.

Immersed in the journey of applying Human Design and spiritual teachings to my own life and my family’s, it became clear we were creating something unique—something we’d never seen before. It feels like a deep knowing, a sense of alignment that we are on the right path, and that our journey could help guide others to step into their own individual expression.

Now, I use Human Design along with other ancient, modern, and inner wisdom to guide women & mothers to their highest gifts and unique strategies for building soul-led relationships, families, and work—the way you secretly wished you could all along.
